Andy Henderson

Sous Chef
Born, raised, and trained in South Carolina, Andy entered the kitchen–the dishroom, actually–at fourteen. Eight years later, he was sous chef of the place. From there, he joined the award-winning FIG in Charleston, where, again, he worked his way up to sous chef (though this time, he started in the kitchen). This is Andy’s first position west of his hometown.
